The University of Nicosia is located 300m west of the "Hilton Park" hotel and 750m east of UNIC's main campus and benefits from its central position as It combines high visibility with good accessibility as access to the campus is made by the two adjacent roads on either side of the plot. The building, which is very appealing to the eye, uses day light to optimum effect to create really bright and airy rooms, which have both a soothing and relaxing effect.

The rounded, flowing shapes of the building were achieved by intelligent use of ALUCOBOND® panels in silver metallic and blue. The façade in ALUCOBOND® is made up of different modules with changing width, consisting of fixed opaque glass panels which can be opened as well as fixed.

The building is home to the School of Sciences and Engineering and includes state-of-the-art research facilities. This major investment aims to operate as an innovation and research hub between the University and the business community.

The Asset is 5645 sqm, 3915 sqm ground floor and 1730 sqm first floor and comprises of mainly two adjacent buildings, a two-storey and a single-storey, with a large student cafeteria, offices, conference rooms, classrooms and laboratories on two floors and other ancillary spaces, with ample parking parking space externally.
