Harris Venizelos

Harris Venizelos


Harris is overviewing CYREIT since January 2020 and has over 25 years’ experience in real estate asset, property and construction management. He was the General Manager of the property management division at Aphrodite Hills Resort (where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of around 400 commercial and residential units with a value in excess of €300m) having previously been part of the management team that oversaw the development of the resort (comprising of a 5-star hotel, villas and other residential property, an award-winning golf course, a spa, and restaurants and other amenities).

Harris started his career at Cybarco, one of the leading development and construction companies in Cyprus, where he held senior construction and project management roles in various prestigious projects.

Harris holds a BEng (Hons) and an MBA from University of Surrey, as well as a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Higher Technical Institute of Cyprus.

Valantis Katsioulis

Asset Manager

Valantis joint CYREIT in October 2020 and served as the Asset Manager at Gordian Holdings (subsidiary of Apollo Global Management), a market leading investor in secured debt and real estate portfolios in Cyprus.

Prior to Gordian, he was part of the Asset Management team of the Real Estate Management Unit of Bank of Cyprus the largest financial institution in Cyprus.

Valantis has a six year background on repositioning distress real estate and started his career as an analyst in the Resolute Asset Management. He holds a Bachelor Degree from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens in Economics with specialisation in Finance and he is a Level 2 Candidate of Charter Alternative Investment Association.

Kyriacos Danos

Property Manager

Kyriacos joint CYREIT in July 2021 and served as the Commercial and Property Management Manager at Limassol Marina, the largest Marina (berths and properties) in Cyprus. Prior to Limassol Marina, he was part of the Engineering/Technical department of Amara Hotel, one of the most luxurious hotels in Cyprus.

Prior to Amara hotel, he was part of the Chief Engineer team of Aphrodite Hills Resort, the largest resort in Cyprus.

Prior to Aphrodite Hills Resort, he was part of the Technical department of Limassol Marina. Kyriacos has a seven-year background in technical and property management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in structural engineering from the University of Salford in Manchester.

Georgina Neophytou

Property Administration Manager

Georgina has started his career working as a quantity surveyor assistant and office administrator at a Q.S office in Limassol. She then joined one of the biggest investment management firm in Cyprus. She has played the dual role of an HR/office manager, assisting mainly the senior management team and CEO. She then got involved in property rentals, by contacting agents and carrying out viewings of company’s vacant units. Georgina mainly got involved in property management. She was the first point of contact for tenants general requests, technical issues and other queries.

Georgina holds a BEng in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UWE, Bristol and a MSc in Sustainable Engineering from Loughborough University.
